2-3handfuls Baby potatoessome whole and some halved (can also use regular potatoes sliced into wedges)

Instructions
Add beef bites to the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle over seasonings, Mix to coat meat in spices. Add chopped onions and garlic. Stir to combine.
Add potatoes to the cooker so the beef is on one side and potatoes are on the other. Season potatoes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Drizzle everything with olive oil.
Cover and cook on low
6-8 hours, until beef is very tender, or on high 4-4.5 hrs.
Garnish with parsley.

Notes: I buy this meat in Israel as “asado”. You could also use another stew meat of your choice.
