In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. Make a well in the centre and add the milk, egg, and 2 TBSP oil or melted butter. Mix to combine.
Dip Bananas
Slice the bananas into fairly thin slices- about 1/2 inch each. Add a hunk of butter(about 1/2 TBSP) to your frying pan and let that heat up. Once the butter is melted, use a fork to grab one banana slice and dip it into the pancake batter. Make sure to coat the whole thing.
Cook
Add the dipped pancakes one at a time to the pan and cook until golden on the edges. Flip and cook the second side. Remove to a plate and continue until all the slices are cooked. Serve with maple syrup and whipped cream. Enjoy!
