These Cheese Stuffed (garlic) Breadsticks are literally out of this world. They might even be one of my fan-favorite recipes?!
I tested them out for the first time using a Homemade Pizza Dough as the base for the breadsticks. We were having dinner at my sister-in-laws house and when the last one was left we all weren’t sure who should take it- should we split it 6 ways?! They were just that good! My sister in law even said they are her favorite recipe of mine.
They are basically a pull apart bread from heaven, filled with mozzarella and brushed with an addictive garlic and herb mixture.

Cheesy Filling
For the best cheesy pull use mozzarella cheese for filling the breadsticks. You could also use a cheese mix though if thats what you have!

Yes! Use a large bowl and a spatula and mix the dough until it starts to come together. Then knead it on the countertop until it is smooth. Continue with the recipe as normal.
Yes! I am all for shortcuts, and while i always make my own pizza dough, if you have store bought that will work just fine. Make sure to defrost and continue with recipe as normal.
I love the bright green color that fresh parsley adds, but you can use dried parsley if that is what you have in the pantry. Same with oregano- if you don’t have dried but have fresh, chop it up and use that!
These are great on their own, but you can serve with some pizza sauce for dipping, or alongside a Greek Salad or Salmon Summer Salad for a full meal.
