- 1/3 cup chicken/turkey/vegetable stock
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup + 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic, finely minced(3 cloves)
- 1 tsp ginger, peeled and finely minced
